These are 3, 6, and 12 month support programs which require no upfront costs. You can call a ticket in to our help desk, contact an engineer directly, or open a ticket by contacting us at support@cloudadv.com. Most tickets are addressed within 2 hours, and standard SLA within 1 business day.

These plans also include a primary engineer to oversee your program, as well as proactive Office 365 alerts for changes and outages that impact your Office 365 deployment or environment.

Try-And-Buy Basic Support Plan: Cloud Advantage also offers an ad-hoc support program in which you get charged per incident for one-time or
short-term support.
